Your initial consultation spans 60 to 90 minutes and includes a complete medical and dental history review, comprehensive cranial nerve examination, jaw range-of-motion testing, intraoral assessment, and diagnostic imaging when indicated.

What to Expect
Your First Visit.
Call our office or send an email to request your consultation. Our team will confirm your appointment and provide any preparation instructions.
Before your visit, complete the two-minute booking form. This provides the clinical team with your pain history, prior treatments, and imaging records in advance.
Your initial visit includes a complete medical and dental history review, comprehensive cranial nerve examination, jaw range-of-motion testing, intraoral assessment, and diagnostic imaging when indicated.
You will leave with a preliminary differential diagnosis and a clear understanding of the next steps in the diagnostic process. Additional testing is scheduled as needed.

Diagnostic consultation fee: $650, including a 3-D CBCT jaw scan. A non-refundable reservation fee holds your appointment. It is applied to your $650 visit fee. HSA and FSA funds accepted.
